House Rules
The following items should be addressed before checkout:
• All bedroom linen (sheets, pillow cases, comforters/quilts) pulled and placed on top of the respective bed. Please do not pull mattress protective covers or pillow protective covers off.
• All bath linen and bath mats (towels, face cloths, etc.) pulled and placed on the floor of the bathrooms
• All trash throughout the home must be removed from the home and disposed of in one of the large blue receptacles in the alleyway between the home and other buildings; this includes all opened food, drink, and bags of ice.
• All dirty dishes must either be washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before leaving the home.
• Any furniture moved should be properly staged back into its original area.
• If the AC or Heat has been turned off/adjusted, please return it to 72 degrees.

Adorable house in a great spot for exploring Richmond. Although the house is in a busy area, it was quiet and private. Easy walk to local restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. Great front porch area and secluded outdoor dining area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The house was perfect for our Richmond weekend. It was a great location and we walked to everything in Scott's Addition. The house was very comfortable and having off street parking was wonderful. Jason was an amazing host as well. He was very responsive and able to help with multiple questions. I really enjoyed this stay!

This visit was my second time staying at Jason's place. Once again, everything was great. The location is a quiet street, near to Scott's Addition and the Museum area, so plenty to do with great restaurants, etc. The free parking spot is key and convenient. Easy check in with door code. House is exactly as described and matches the pictures.
